Hidden Items
Crowfoot Village
Head to the left side of the very first house (coming from Smartweed Path) and at the north end is a hidden Ice Heal.
Burvine Path
After the events in Delta Hideout II you'll be able to continue west here. You may have noticed an item to the north before (which is a Max Ether) but the rock next to it contains a Nugget. Inspect the rock past PKMN Ranger Jerome to find an Ether. The rock after the twins contains TM32 Double Team.
Enhalus Path
A hidden Heart Scale is two spaces east and two spaces south of Fisherman Ned. Head one space west of Fisherman Elliot, then all the way north and the empty space in the corner has a hidden Poke Ball. A rock NE of the Protein at the west end has a Stardust.
Fatsia Path
A bit NE of the first berry patch you find, near the water's edge, is a hidden Antidote. A Potion is in the rock south of the second berry patch. South of the sign at the Cypress Forest entrance, inspect the corner of the pond to get a Super Potion. At the north side, east of Nora is a Heart Scale in an empty tile.

Directly north of the entrance, in a corner where the trees are, you can pick up a Poke Ball. At the north side of the larger lake, head to the NE corner of the trees to find a Tinymushroom. Another Tinymushroom can be found going SE of there, in an empty tile surrounded by the grass. A Potion can be found a bit SW of the hex maniac trainer. West of the girl that gives you a Miracle Seed, enter the grass and get to the southernmost point of that patch. There is a Great Ball there. At the NW grass patch, the westernmost empty tile has a hidden Poke Ball.
Brambles Path
Head east of Gardener Derek and Lass Aisha. In the grass patch east of them, inspect the first rock you come to for a Repel.
Cornflower Path
Head west of Psychic Zachariah and past the grass patch to the corner. Inspect the NW corner to get a Super Potion. At the midpoint of the route (a bit south of Rising Star Maxwell), find a Blackglasses in between a small tree and a large tree.
Cineraria Path
Two spaces east and one space south of the Elixir in the middle of the path is a Poke Ball. Head east and a bit south and in the empty space of that grass patch (west of Rich Boy Wright) is a Revive. South from the Revive is a rock, and another grass patch is on the other side. The empty space there has a Great Ball. South of Cooltrainer Kaleb in the empty space is a Full Heal.
Dendrobium Path
The empty space south of Hex Maniac Shanta has a Heart Scale. East of there, the empty space south of the berry patch has an Iron.
Fluorescent Jungle — 1st area
Head east after the multi-battle event and Mew while following the lake. When the lake goes northward, head southeast, then south to a dead end. The space two spaces down and one space left of the last stump has a hidden Nugget.
Fluorescent Jungle — 2nd area
Directly south of the start, and in a dead end east of Black Belt Hardy, you could find a Rare Candy. In the SE part of this area, head behind the stump to find an Ultra Ball. After you get Surf, surf across the pond a bit NE of the south exit and go to the SW corner to find a Timer Ball hidden behind the trees.
Cycads Path
In the grass patch east of the youngster near the left entrance are two empty spots. The one on the right has an HP Up. The space southeast of Battle Girl Lynette has a Nugget. The rock west of Cooltrainer Cora contains a Max Revive. After you finish with the Mt Honeysuckle segment, the Delta grunts will have left, so enter the grass patch behind them and inspect the second empty space you come to to find a Full Heal.
Mt Honeysuckle
On the path to the summit, head to the grass patch west of the hiker's house and go to the NW part. Face west and press A to get a Max Ether. Three sets of stairs north of that, enter the grass patch and inspect the rock for an Ultra Ball. When you get to the summit area, head east instead of west, and the rock you find at the dead end contains a Zinc.
Kelp Path
Pick up a Luxury Ball in the rock near the couple that gives you the Soul Dew. The rock west of that has a Heart Scale. Another Heart Scale is in the rock east of Gentleman Antonio. An empty space in the grass west of the Drinks shop has a hidden Max Ether. Head to the peninsula south of the shop and go east of the palm tree. Two spaces east and one space north of the tree is a Revive. When you get Surf, surf from the peninsula to the SW island with the rock. Two spaces west and two spaces south is a hidden Heart Scale.
Carrageen Path
Dive in the large diving spot after the first island and head south. When the path forks west, go there and head north. The rock you find has a Star Piece. Go back and take the east fork, then head north to an empty space containing a Heart Scale. Surface and head to the island to the east, then head SE to the next diving spot. The rock here will have an HP Up. Get back on the big island and head to the NE end where the next diving spot is. Drop in, and you may think that the empty spot to the north has an item, but you're wrong. Instead, the item, which is a Red Shard, is situated between the seaweed patches.
Ulva Path
Once you land on the first island, inspect a seashell east of the palm trees to get a Heart Scale. Surf NW of that island to another one without a beach; in the middle is a Heart Scale. A third Heart Scale can be found by inspecting the seashell west of PKMN Ranger Alexa. After you get Dive, if you're coming from Carrageen Path, follow the path to the first diving spot. The empty space down there has a Pearl. Head to the much larger diving spot, which has the Team Delta hideout entrance, and head to the north side. The empty spot there has a Protein.
Hyacinth Path
After the match with Trevor, inspect the empty space in the grass patch for a Revive. Surf across the pond you find after Scientist Gerardo and in the empty space you will find a Rare Candy. Enter the grass patch north of Furisode Girl Lindsay and in the NW corner is another Rare Candy. The grass just east of Oleander City has an empty space with a Zinc.
Sargasso Sea
Dive into the spot near the Calligonum Town entrance and head south to the empty spot to find a Green Shard. Go east from there and dive in that spot, then head east at the fork. The empty space there has a Carbos. Return to the north, resurface, and head east. Dive at the next spot you find and the dark spot you first see has a Heart Scale. Head north all the way and in the next surfacing spot is a Calcium. Head west, surface there, then surf east to get a Red Shard. Get back to the main path and surf until you find the large island. Enter the diving spot SE of the island to find a Heart Scale in a dark spot. Enter the diving spot NW of that one to find a Big Pearl in a dark spot. Two diving spots are just north of the island; enter the left one to find a Pearl in a dark spot.
Calligonum Town
Behind the NW house near the Wisteria Falls entrance, you can find a Nugget.
Wisteria Falls
In the first falls area, surf west across the river from PKMN Ranger Diana and the grass patch you come to has two rocks. Inspect the west one to find a Star Piece. Just before the steps that lead up to Wind, inspect the rock to the right to get a Full Heal.
Salix Path
A hidden Full Heal is SW of Rising Star Henrik. The rock NW of the first berry patch has a Calcium. When you get to the main river, surf south and land SE to an enclosed area with a grass patch. The empty space has an Ultra Ball. NW from the second berry patch you find will be a Max Ether in an empty space.
Saxifrage Path
At the entrance of the path, the empty space in the first grass patch has a Carbos. In the grass patch north of Gentleman Steve is a Revive.
Victory Road
In the 3rd outside area, after the double battle with Cooltrainer Reath and Scientist Trudly, head east, past the holes, and inspect the gray stand to find a Max Repel.
Sedge Path
Get to the first pond, then head across it and inspect the rock to get a Heart Scale.
Coleus Path
Dive underwater and at the south end, you can find a Blue Shard in the dark spot at the south end. Head east a bit, then north to a dead end with a Big Pearl. Leave the dead end and head east of there, then all the way north. To the west is the next dark spot, with a Stardust. Head west of there and into the small dead end you find to get an Ultra Ball. Leave that dead end and head back south, then west to the next dark spot, containing a Heart Scale. SE of there is a Yellow Shard. Head west of there and into a dead end to the north to find a Pearl. South from them is the last hidden item, an Iron.
Welwitschia Desert
In the first part of the desert, head a bit north from Hiker Valerio until you find a cactus. The rock to the NE contains a Stardust. Head west from there out of the sand and go to the next sand patch, following it NW. A bit SW of a dead tree nearby, you can inspect a spot at the corner of the sand patch. This isn't an item, but rather a leftover sign for Hoenn Route 111?! Just a little easter egg. Anyways, head due west of there (you will wrap around) and the rock you come to (which is actually just NE of the other rock with the Stardust) contains a Rare Candy. A rock east of Cooltrainer Fulvio has a Protein.
Polygonum Path
At the NE corner of the grass patch where Furisode Girl Estelle and Cooltrainer Kreiss is, you can find a Rare Candy. A hidden Hyper Potion is in the rock next to the twins.
Dark Hideout
When you enter, head to the grass patch on the left and get past the small tree to the clearing that has a PP Up. Surf north and NE to the next grass patch, and the clearing in the corner has a Full Restore.
Berry Forest
Surprisingly, there's only one berry to pick in Berry Forest, and it's in the SW end at the dead end of a grass patch. It's a Sitrus Berry.
Six Island
Go to Water Path, then head behind the trees and ledges where the PokeCenter and the PokeMart are. At the end is a hidden Leppa Berry.
Altering Cave
At the entrance, head west, and to the northwest corner. There are two rocks here. Inspect the right one to get a Sacred Ash.
Unknown area with Zapdos
In the central part of this area will be a large grass patch with two large rocks and two small rocks, with a large cluster of trees in between. Inspect the lower of the two smaller rocks in this grass patch to find a Rare Candy. Head north from there and take either of the steps to the north area (the right set requires Rock Smash), then go to the center. Inspect the rock there for a Thunderstone.
To-Do
- Figure out if gender plays a role with certain evolutions (Combee to Vespiquen, e.g.)
- Figure out if Graveler evolves by any method (I ended up actually catching a Golem since nothing else worked).
- Figure out if Steenee evolves into Tsareena at Lv29 or if it needs to learn Stomp and then level up like it would normally do.
- Figure out how to evolve Seadra (I've tried max happiness, level, Water Stone, and something I read stated that it needs to level with the Dragon Scale item, however I never found one in-game).
- Figure out the level that the elemental monkeys (Pansage, Pansear, Panpour) evolve, as I didn't choose any as a starter and only managed to catch Pansage in the area with Zapdos.
- Confirm if Feebas evolves into Milotic with high friendship.
