About This ROM Hack
Pokémon Little Cup Red is a specialized ROM hack of Pokémon Red that fully converts the game into a Little Cup–style experience, closely following Smogon LC rules.
Instead of progressing through levels normally, all Pokémon are locked at Level 5, cannot gain experience, and are reverted to their lowest evolutionary stage. Pokémon that do not evolve have been adjusted to better fit the Little Cup environment.
This hack is designed primarily for challenge runs, theorycrafting, and competitive-style gameplay, rather than traditional progression.
