About This ROM Hack
This project follows the same philosophy as other “complete Pokédex” patches by Razormime: keep everything as close to vanilla as possible while solving the limitations of older Pokémon games.
There are no new mechanics, no difficulty changes, and no modern gameplay additions. Instead, the hack focuses entirely on organically reintroducing missing Pokémon, items, and events into the game world.
It also ensures compatibility with real hardware, meaning players can still use link cables, interact with Pokémon Stadium, and enjoy the game as if it were an official release.
Key Features
- Complete 251 Pokédex: All Pokémon can be obtained in a single playthrough without trading or events.
- GS Ball Event Restored: Celebi can be obtained through a fully functional in-game GS Ball event.
- Legendary Pokémon Availability: Previously missing Legendaries are now encounterable in-game.
- Organic Pokémon Placement: Reintroduced Pokémon are placed logically based on previous games and lore.
- Trade Evolution Solutions: Trade-evolution Pokémon can be obtained naturally through in-game methods.

- Music Restoration: Japanese mobile adaptor-exclusive tracks are reintroduced into specific locations.
