About This ROM Hack
Pokémon League of Legends merges the world of Pokémon with the universe of League of Legends. Players explore Valoran as a young Summoner, capturing and training Champions as Pokémon to challenge Gym Leaders, fight off Noxian invaders, and eventually compete in the World Championships.
The hack features animated Champion sprites, unique cries for each Champion, over 500 moves, and 75 new abilities (“passives”). Players can access all areas of Valoran, participate in an immersive story, and enjoy a fun post-game, including battles in the Fleshing Arena. Quality-of-life improvements include a physical/magic split, Fairy type, and item replacements for HM usage. Music from League of Legends has been adapted into the game, along with new tiles, battle backgrounds, and trainer classes.
This hack is ideal for Pokémon fans, League fans, or those who enjoy crossover projects combining strategic battling with familiar RPG elements.
Story Overview
You begin your journey in Valoran as a young Summoner, learning the history of the region and gathering a team of Champions. Your mission is to defeat Gym Leaders, combat Noxian forces, and ultimately challenge the elite Summoners at the World Championships.
As your journey unfolds, you will uncover a more sinister threat attempting to take control of Valoran. Along the way, you’ll meet and battle famous LoL players and teams, interact with diverse characters, and explore iconic locations such as Summoner’s Rift and the Shadow Isles. The story balances traditional Pokémon progression with League of Legends lore, creating a unique hybrid narrative.
