About This ROM Hack

Pokémon Ruby Destiny: Reign of Legends Remake is a reimagining of the original Reign of Legends hack, set in the Gento region. Players will explore new areas, meet familiar and new characters, and face evolving threats from the rival organizations Royal Darkness and Luminous Cenaries.

This remake includes Pokémon from Generations 4–6, updated movesets, new Fairy and Aria types, and an expanded National Pokédex, offering both gameplay enhancements and story continuity for the Ruby Destiny series.

Story Overview

The journey begins as you and your neighbor receive your first Pokémon in Gento, aiming to become the region’s Champion. Along the way, you’ll meet friends and foes, battle rival trainers, and train Pokémon to strengthen your team.

However, darkness looms. The two rival organizations—Royal Darkness, which seeks to overshadow the world with shadow, and Luminous Cenaries, attempting to blanket the world in sunlight—pose a growing threat. Whether you can stop them and protect the region (or the world) depends on your choices and strategy.
