Pokémon Ever Dragon is a beta-stage ROM hack based on Pokémon Ruby that focuses on dramatically altering the wild encounter system throughout the Hoenn region. Instead of standard early- and mid-game Pokémon distributions, the hack populates the world with rare, powerful, and legendary Pokémon much earlier than in the original game.
