Item Changes:

-You can now buy the evolution stones, Heart Scales, and Leftovers from Verdanturf mart.
-You can now buy Lucky Eggs from Evergrande Mart.
-There are now more hidden items located in some of the signs on the route. Be sure to check out every sign you can!

Pokemon Changes

Bulbasaur line now learn Toxic and Ingrain naturally, as well as getting another secondary ability. Effect Spore. Base HP Increased.
Charmander line receives a new ability, Intimidate. Charmeleon/Charizard are now Fire/Dragon. Sp. Atk buff, Attack nerf. Many changes to movepool; for example, Sacred Fire @ Level 64, Dragon Claw @40, etc.
Squirtle line gets a second ability: Shell armor. Slight Sp. atk and Def/Sp.Def buffs. Secondary typing is now Steel. Now learns Crunch by level.
Butterfree got a pretty big boost in most of its stats. It's also now Bug/Psychic, and has a greatly expanded movepool- it can learn Psycho Boost at level 47, for example.
Beedrill is now Comparable to Ninjask; it received the ability Speed Boost, an entirely new movepool, and of course, expanded Base Speed.
Pidgey line gets the ability Early Bird, slight increase to Attack and Sp. Attack, and access to Twister.
Rattata line's base HP increased, as well as getting access to Dig and Rolling Kick upon levelling.
Spearow line gets a slight attack boost, and access to Aerial Ace/Crunch in his movepool.
Ekans line is now comparable to the Stunky line. Poison/Dark typing with an increased movepool and buffed up defenses/special attack.
Pikachu line unchanged, except it can now learn Surf via HM.
Sandshrew line's movepool is way way buffed. They were atrocious before... no ground moves until level 52? Come on! It now learns Mud-Shot, Earthquake, and Extremespeed naturally, as well as getting the ability Sand Stream as a Sandslash.
Nidoran F line changes drastically. Nidorina no longer learns any moves past 22, so you should evolve it as soon as possible. Nidoqueen can now learn some pretty nice moves (including Milk Drink. HOT ;)!), and can get cute charm as an ability.
Nidoran M line has similar changes. New movepools, best to evolve Nidorino early, and now gets Intimidate.
Clefairy line has slightly changed; Clefable learns moves starting at 33, and received a slight boost to its defenses.
Vulpix line is now Fire/Ghost, and their movepools have changed accordingly. Ninetales also gets the ability Drought, just like in Gen 5.
Jigglypuff line got Nidoranified; Wigglytuff now learns moves starting at level 34. Also some slight defence buffs.
Zubat line didn't have any changes except for Crobat learning Heat Wave at level 45.
No changes made to the Oddish line.
Paras line gets buffed defenses, swapped Sp.atk and Att.stats, as well as learning Leech Seed/Leaf Blade through level.
Venomoth is now Bug/Psychic.
Diglett line's base Attack increased.
Meowth line is now Normal/Dark. Receives buff to sp. attack, increased movepool.
Psyduck line is now Water/Psychic. Increased Sp. atk, increased movepool.
Mankey line now learns Shadow Punch, otherwise unchanged.
Arcanine can now learn moves after evolving.
As for the poliwag line: Poliwhirl now evolves into Politoed @ level 33. Politoed gets Drizzle and increased movepool/stats. Poliwrath now learns moves after evolving.
Kadabra evolves into Alakazam at level 36, and gets all the elemental punches at level 33.
Machoke evolves at level 40. Otherwise, Machop line untouched.
Victreebel learns moves after evolving, as well as getting access to leaf blade, ingrain and substitute.
Tentacool line now learns Spikes and Sludge upon leveling up.
Graveller evolves into Golem at 40, otherwise untouched. Ponyta line now has access to an expanded movepool, getting things such as Drill Peck and Megahorn.
Slowpoke line gets sligtly buffed sp.atk. Slowpoke can now evolve into Slowking with a Water stone. New moves for both evos.
Magneton now has the Base Stats of Magnezone from gen 4, and Magnemite was increased as well. As a result, it evolves a tad bit later, at level 35. It can also now learn TBolt naturally.
Farfetch'd is now fighting/Flying and got major buffs across the board, and learning much better moves upon levelling, such as air cutter, cross chop,and leaf blade.
No changes to the Doduo line.
Seel line now has a better movepool, and increased Defense/Sp.Def/Hp. It can also get Water Absorb as a second ability.
Grimer line now learns Mud Shot upon levelling.
Shellder line gets a new ability, Battle Armor. It also now learns Ice beam earlier, and Water pulse as well.
Gastly line changed to pure Ghost. As such, levitate is now replaced by Synchronize. Haunter now evolves at level 38.
Onix now evolves into Steelix at level 34. Now learns EQ/Magnitude/Scary Face upon levelling. HP Increases. Gets Sandstream as an ability.
Drowzee line learns Psychic earlier and got a slight increase to special attack.
Krabby line is unchanged except for learing Crabhammer earlier.
Voltorb line learns Thunderbolt at level 30. Unchanged otherwise.
Exeggcute line learns MUCH better moves upon levelling. It now has access to Softboiled, Leaf Blade, and Psychic.
Cubone line received a Speed boost.
Tyrogue line: Tyrogue now learns Karate Chop and comet punch. Hitmonlee: Now learns Blaze Kick, increased speed. Hitmontop: Increased Speed and HP. Hitmonchan: Increased Speed, gets Inner Focus instead of Keen Eye.
Lickitung's base Att and HP have increased. It now has Thick Fat as a second ability, and can learn Body Slam and Selfdestruct (lol) on levelling.
Tangela is now Electric/Grass, and his movepool has been changed accordingly. It also gets Volt Absorb as a second ability, and most of his base stats have increased.
Koffing line is now Poison/Fire,and as such, has gotten a new movepool. Since it still has levitate, that 4x ground weakness isn't a problem.
Rhyhorn line learns EQ earlier, no other changes made.
Horsea line gets a Sp. Atk buff. Seadra now evolves at level 45. Seadra/Kingdra can now learn Outrage at level 45.
Kangaskhan gets intimidate instead of Early Bird, and also now learns Sky Uppercut.
Chansey line now learns Heal Bell/Seismic Toss naturally.
Goldeen line is now faster and learns Megahorn upon levelling.
Starmie now learns moves upon levelling.
Mr. Mime gets a Defense buff.
Jynx gets a defense buff and access to Psychic.
Scyther now evolves into Scizor by Happiness. Scyther's stats get nerfed so that Scizor's buffs are worth it. They both now learn Mach Punch. Scizor can learn Megahorn.
No changes made to Electabuzz line.
Magmar is now Fire/Psychic, and his movepool has changed accordingly.
Pinsir gets the ability Swarm, and now learns Megahorn.
Tauros base HP slightly increased.
Ah...Magikarp. Of course, I have to buff him. He now has a whopping base 140 speed, meaning he'll outspeed everything except Ninjask. His Sp. Attack has also increased. His defenses were also increased but not by much. He also has a greatly expanded movepool. You can choose to evolve him by using a Water stone on him if you still want gyarados, but Magikarp is now the glass cannon of all glass cannons.
Gyarados is now water/dragon, but no other changes have been made.
Lapras learns Water pulse over Perish song.
Ditto gets Transform and Metronome now. It also evolves into Mew at level 30.
Eevee line: Now evolves into Espeon/Umbreon with sun/moon stones, respectively. Didn't touch any of the movesets/BSTs, except Flareon can learn a few more TMs.
Porygon line is now Normal/Electric. No real changes were made, otherwise.
Omanyte line Defenses are boosted.
Kabuto line gets increased sp.atk and access to metal claw and bubblebeam.
No changes are being made to Aerodactyl, Snorlax, the legendary birds, Dratini line, Mewtwo, and Mew.
Chikorita line- Meganium is now grass/dragon, receives a sp. att boost, and can now use dragon moves.
Cyndaquil line now learns thunderpunch and eruption, and gets a speed boost.
Totodile line now learns Sky upppercut, with increased Base HP and Defense.
Furret now learns all those moves it has in the first gym by level; Air Cutter, Karate Chop, and Slash.
Hoothoot line now learns Psychic rathe than Confusion at level 41. Defenses increased slightly.
Ledyba line's stats buffed, moves unchanged.
Spinarak line learns Psychic earlier, gains buffs in all stats. New secondary ability of Shield Dust.
Chinchou line untouched.
Togepi line's only ability is now Serene Grace. Togepi's base stats now match Togekiss. Togetic now learns Air Cutter during levelling up.
Natu line actually learns flying/psychic moves during levelling now. Base attack of Xatu increased.
Mareep line learns Tbolt and Shock Wave upon levelling, as well as getting access to Cut and a speed increase.
Marill line gets a slight speed increase.
sudowoodo gets a slight speed increase and access to EQ via level.
Aipom gets a few new tricks; Karate chop, Iron Tail, and trick to name a few. Slight base attack buff as well.
Hoppip line gets absorb at level one, and also learns Razor Wind and Giga Drain as Jumpluff. Sp. Def buffs, as well.
Sunkern is now this games Cherubi line. Sunflora is grass/fire and can learn Fire moves now. Speed buff.
Yanma gets a slight HP/Def/Sp. Attack boost and can now use cut.
Wooper line now learns Rock Slide.
Murkrow gets Heat Wave, Razor wind, and Haze. More buffs also.
Misdreavus is now Ghost/Psychic, and has a new movepool. Also gets a new second ability, Shadow tag, and buffs across the board.
Unown can now learn all TMs.
Wobbuffett unchanged.
Girafarig now learns Body Slam and Psychic.
Pineco line unchanged.
Gligar's stats are slightly buffed, and learns razor wind/EQ upon levelling.
No changes to the Snubbull line.
Qwilfish got his Sp.atk/Atk swapped, buffed HP and Sp. Def, and access to a wider movepool.
Shuckle's base HP gets buffed, and learns Toxic/Sandstorm naturally.
Heracross gained access to a few more TMs but was otherwise unchanged.
Sneasel now has Weavile's stats with swapped Sp.atk/attack. He now also gets a better movepool.
Teddiursa line gets access to cross chop.
Slugma lines Hp/sp. Def are buffed.
Swinub line gets access to ancientpower, mudshot, and earthquake. Piloswine now has Mamoswine's BST.
Corsola's base HP/Sp.Atk/Defenses were increased. She has also been changed into a clerical pokemon. its only ability is natural cure, and it can learn Heal Bell.
No changes were made to the Remoraid line.
Delibird has an entire new movepool and buffed stats across the board. Basically an entirely new pokemon that is actually worth using.
Mantine's base HP has increased, and can learn a few more TM moves (Including fly, lol)
Skarmory learns Spikes and Whirlwind earlier, and gets access to Drill peck without breeding.
Houndour line learns crunch/flamethrower earlier, and now learns Spite upon levelling.
Phanpy line gets access to Megahorn and Dig upon levelling as well as a slight increase to base special defense.
Stantler base Hp, attack, and speed were buffed.
Smeargle got slight buffs to every stat.
Miltank gets a new 2nd ability, Cute Charm, and can also learn attract naturally.
No changes made to Raikou, Suicune, Entei, Larvitar line, Lugia, Ho-oh, or Celebi.
Treecko line now gets a secondary ability, Insomnia. Sceptile are now grass/dark. Base stats slightly increased. He now learns faint attack, leech seed, and dragon claw upon levelling.
Torchic line now gets Guts as a secondary ability. Blaziken now learns Sky Uppercut at 49 instead of 59, otherwise no change.
Mudkip line gets rough skin as a second ability. Speed increase as well. Everybody likes mudkip!
Poochyena line's Sp. Atk has been buffed, giving it better use of his STAB attacks. He has also gotten faster, as well as getting a secondary Ghost type. Since he has no weakness now, his base Def/Sp.Def has been lowered.
Zigzagoon line now learns Trick, Extremespeed, and Extrasensory upon levelling. Defense increases.
Wurmple line: speed increases for all forms. Defense increases for Beautifly, Sp. Atk increases for Dustox. Beautifly gets heat wave and Razor Wind. Dustox gets Heat wave, Sludge Bomb, and Psychic.
Lotad now learns water gun at an early level, lombre stops learning moves after level 27 so its best to evolve it then. Ludicolo now learns moves.
Seedot line gets buffed Sp. atk and Speed. Nuzleaf stops learning moves @ level 31, so evolve him then. Seedot learns Bullet seed over Bide, Shiftry gets all kinds of new moves.
No changes made to the Nincada line or Taillow line.
Shroomish line learns spore earlier, and can now learn Substitute. speed increase.
Wingull line's base Sp.Attack has increased.
Masquerain changed to Bug/Water. Increased base HP and sp. Attack. Now learns Signal Beam, Bubblebeam, and all water Hms/tms.
Wailmer's base Def/Sp. Def increases.
No changes to the skitty line.
Kecleon's base. Sp.Attack increases.
Baltoy line now learns Earthquake naturally.
Nosepass is now Rock/Electric. He gets a slight Sp. Attack and HP increase. Can now learn electric moves properly.
Torkoal gets an increase to its base HP.
Sableye now gets Speed Boost. Increase to Attack/Special Attack.
Barboach line now gets swift Swim. Increase to Special Attack.
Luvdisc now has Alomomola's base stats.
Corphish line's Sp.atk and attack swapped. Learns Crunch naturally.
Feebas now evolves into Milotic at level 25. He also will be made to be found more easily. No changes otherwise.
Carvanha line now gets Speed Boost, in lieu of 5th gen. Sharpedo can now learn Bounce and Body slam upon levelling.
Trapinch is now Bug/Ground, vibrava and Flygon are Bug/Dragon. Flygon now learns signal beam/EQ naturally. Swapped att/sp att.
Makuhita line got a slight Speed boost.
Electrike line now learns TShock at an early level, and TBolt and Crunch later on.
Numel line's Sp. def has been increased.
Spheal line's defenses increased, and now learns Ice Beam naturally.
Cacnea line's speed increases,and can now learn Fake-out.
No changes made to Snorunt line.
Lunatone now learns ice moves upon levelling.
Solrock now learns fire moves upon levelling.
Spoink line gets increased base HP, and a better early level movepool.
Plusle and Minun both learn TShock at an early level.
Mawile is now Steel/Dark. Increased stats. Can now learn Meteor Mash.
Meditite line increased stats all around. Medicham now learns all 3 elemental punches at 37. Meditie gets more fighting moves.
Swablu's Base HP increased. It can now learn aromatherapy and Razor Wind.
Dusclops now has Dusknoir's Base Stats. Duskull's stats slightly increased as well.
Roselia now has Roserade's stats, and can learn Weather Ball.
Slakoth/Slaking got Thick Fat over truant. Because of this, Slaking got a big time nerf in its HP/Attack/Defense/Speed stats.
Gulpin line got a buff in all of their stats, and Swalot can now learn Giga Drain naturally.
Tropius is now grass/dragon, can get drought as an ability, and got buffs in Hp/Def/Speed/Sp. Atk.
Exploud got a slight speed boost and learns hyper voice earlier.
Clamperl now evolves into Huntail or Gorebyss depending on its personality in the same way Wurmple does. Gorebyss is now Water/Psychic, Huntail is now Water/Dark.
Absol's Sp. Atk and Attack have been swapped. He can now learn Night Shade and Extrasensory through levelling.
No changes made to the Shuppet line.
Seviper is now Poison/Dark.
Zangoose is now Normal/Fighting.
Relicanth gets a speed boost and can now learn EQ.
Aron line actually learns Rock moves now.
Castform got buffs across the board, and lears Bubblebeam/Flame Wheel/Ice Ball instead of Water gun/ember/powdersnow.
Volbeat and Illumise both got HP/Defense buffs, and can both now learn signal beam.
Lileep line now learns Leech seed/Mega Drain.
All of Spinda's base stats have increased.
Anorith line's Speed and HP increased. Armaldo now learns Megahorn.
Ralts line base HP increased. Is now mostly female, lol
No changes are being made to Beldum, Bagon line or the legends.
Chimecho base Hp/defense/Sp.Def increased. Now learns Hypnosis.

Map Changes

-Grass has been added to Oldale, Petalburg, Rustboro, Slateport, and Verdanturf cities.
-Wild pokemon encounters have been edited. You can now catch starters in the first 3 cities of the game, too.
-Some new aesthetics have been added in certain places. (Most notably, Route of Babies and Woohoo Cable Car!)
-Music has been changed for every route, as well as weather effects and the names, too.
-Bicycle Road had some changes in order to avoid a glitch.
-New dialogue when talking to some NPCs or interacting with signs. (try talking to the little girl in Littleroot, or the gamecube in your room.)
