Pokémon Topaz is a fully completed Pokémon Ruby ROM hack that offers a completely original story set in the all-new Topaz Region.
Unlike traditional Pokémon games, you play as a Team Rocket recruit, carrying out missions directly for Giovanni.

Story Overview
You begin your journey as Team Rocket’s newest recruit.
Giovanni personally assigns you a mission: capture the rare Pokémon of the Topaz Region for Team Rocket’s secret research, a project meant to make the organization richer and more powerful than ever.
After being promised a promotion, you are flown by helicopter into Shawford Town, only to find the area swarming with Pokémon Police. Your mother rushes you into hiding, and from that moment on, your journey as a Rocket agent truly begins.
