Wild Pokémon — Blaze Black / Volt White
General notes
Shaking grass does not appear until after the first badge. "Special" refers to rare encounter spots. "Doubles" refers to tall grass where double battles occur. Fishing encounters are unedited unless otherwise stated.
Blaze Black finds Zekrom, Thundurus, pink Shellos/Gastrodon, and Red Basculin. Volt White finds Reshiram, Tornadus, blue Shellos/Gastrodon, and Blue Basculin. The opposite legendary of each version is still catchable in its regular location.
All 649 Pokémon are obtainable — evolution covers what the wild doesn't, and enough evolution stones are provided throughout the game.
Legendary encounters are normal wild Pokémon, just very rare (1%). Because of scripting limitations, the total listed encounter rates may add up to 101–102%. The Pokémon whose rate is slightly reduced to compensate is typically the last one on the list.
