Pokémon Sacred Gold Spanish is a complete Spanish translation of Drayano's Pokémon Sacred Gold, one of the most well-known Nintendo DS Pokémon ROM hacks. The translation was created with Drayano's permission, allowing Spanish-speaking players to enjoy the full Sacred Gold experience in their native language.
The hack keeps all of the gameplay improvements, balance changes, and expanded content from the original Sacred Gold while translating the game's dialogue and interface into Spanish. Players can complete the National Pokédex with all 493 Pokémon available during Generation IV, face significantly tougher trainers, discover new events, and experience numerous balance improvements throughout Johto and Kanto.

- Route 47 Trainer Battle: One trainer battle may activate from an incorrect position.
- Moomoo Milk Text: The Moomoo Milk text displays incorrectly.
- Flashcard Compatibility: Some events, including the Ice Plate event, Steven's Vermilion City event, and the Mew event, may not function correctly on certain R4 flashcards.
- Garchomp Ability: Garchomp does not have the Rough Skin ability.
- Claydol Learnset: Claydol incorrectly learns Fly.
- Lyra/Ethan Duplicate Event: Losing to Lyra or Ethan in Goldenrod City may create duplicate characters.
- Item Bug: One particular item incorrectly awards 450 Max Restores.
- Fishing Bug: Most Super Rod encounters with a 30% encounter rate produce MissingNo due to missing nighttime encounter data.
- Route 13 Double Battle: Trainer names may appear swapped.
- Cynthia Event: Cynthia may fail to give the Sinnoh starters if spoken to after obtaining the Earth Badge. Speak to her beforehand.
- Steven Event: Steven may not recognize the capture of Latias or Latios if Regigigas has already been obtained. Complete the Latias/Latios event first.
- Celebi Event: The Celebi event involving the Rival and Giovanni may freeze upon reaching Tohjo Falls.
- Scizor Learnset: Scizor learns Faint Attack instead of Night Slash.
- Flag Reset Issue: Certain game flags may reset unexpectedly for unknown reasons.
- Ledyba Stats: Ledyba's Attack and Special Attack values do not match the documentation.
- No$GBA Compatibility: The game may freeze after losing a battle when played in No$GBA.
