Pokémon Plutonio is a Spanish Pokémon FireRed ROM hack created by Gary. Although it has remained relatively unknown within the ROM hacking community, the project aims to deliver a fresh Pokémon adventure through a new storyline, original characters, redesigned locations, and Pokémon from later generations.
Rather than being a simple gameplay modification, the hack introduces updated graphics, custom character sprites, a redesigned title screen, and new maps to create a different experience from the original FireRed. The addition of Generation IV Pokémon further expands the available roster while maintaining the familiar FireRed gameplay foundation.
