About This ROM Hack

Pokémon Scorching Scarlet is a highly creative and unconventional Ruby ROM hack that blends the Pokémon universe with characters inspired by television shows and movies. With real-world-inspired cities, buffed Pokémon balance, and numerous quality-of-life upgrades, Scorching Scarlet delivers a unique experience unlike most standard Pokémon hacks.

Story Overview

The adventure begins after you rescue the friendly Professor Sequoia, setting off a chain of events that pulls you into a world unlike any other. Characters inspired by various television series and films coexist within the Pokémon universe, shaping the plot and influencing your journey.

As you travel through cities inspired by real-world locations, you’ll uncover mysteries, stop looming threats, and discover how all these characters fit together—along with finding your own place in this strange but exciting world.
