Story

There were three Pokémon that protected the Johto region. They were called the Legendary Dogs, they used to roam the region. One day, they decided to hide in the Brass Tower of Iris City. At that time, it was a city full of tourists from many regions where legends were shared from all over. The Brass Tower was built in honor of Lugia, an alien Legendary Pokémon. It is said to be the Pokémon of memories, the people who entered the tower used to evoke forgotten memories. The Bell Tower was built in honor of Ho-oh.
