About This ROM Hack
Pokémon Emerald 802 is a Chinese ROM hack of Pokémon Emerald designed to massively expand the original game by integrating Pokémon from Generations 1 through 7, bringing the total available roster up to 802 Pokémon.
The main goal of this hack is to modernize the classic Hoenn experience by combining the original Emerald structure with later-generation mechanics and content. This includes expanded battle systems, updated mechanics, and additional gameplay features that significantly broaden team-building possibilities.
While the core structure of Pokémon Emerald remains recognizable, the inclusion of newer Pokémon, abilities, and battle mechanics creates a much more modernized and content-rich experience compared to the original GBA release.
