The player takes the wheel of a bus in Tuscon, Arizona, with the goal of driving safely to Las Vegas, Nevada. Penn & Teller, the original creators of Desert Bus, provide a humorous introduction. Along the way, the road is long, the scenery is sparse, and the player must maintain focus for the entirety of the eight-hour real-time drive to complete the challenge.
