However, disaster soon strikes both you and your hometown. Suddenly, it is only you and the small Pokémon standing against forces far greater than yourselves.
What follows is a journey through a renewed version of Johto filled with betrayal, vengeance, confusion, and hidden truths, as you battle trainers, capture Pokémon, and uncover the reality behind the events threatening the region.
