Pokémon Mega Evolution 2 is a completed FireRed-based ROM hack that continues the modernized design philosophy of its predecessor. While the main storyline remains faithful to the original Pokémon FireRed adventure, the game heavily enhances visuals, mechanics, Pokémon availability, and overall quality of life.

Story Overview
The story follows the original Pokémon FireRed narrative set in the Kanto region. Players begin their journey as a new Pokémon Trainer, collect Gym Badges, confront Team Rocket, and challenge the Elite Four.
