About This ROM Hack
Pokémon LionHeart is a FireRed ROM hack created by Dani_SR_17, set in the original Gransys region. Built on Pokémon FireRed, the hack moves away from the traditional Pokémon formula and instead focuses on storytelling, player choice, and immersive mechanics.
Rather than following the usual Gym and League structure, the game introduces a more narrative-driven progression system, where your decisions can influence how events unfold. It also adds several unique systems such as mounts, campfires, and a journal-based objective tracker.
The ROM is primarily in Spanish, with only partial translation available, which is important to keep in mind before playing.
Story Overview
The Gransys region is known as a peaceful land where humans and Pokémon coexist in harmony across diverse habitats. Each town reveres a Legendary Pokémon whose presence shapes the local climate and ecosystem, making them the strongest beings within their environments.
This balance is shattered when a mysterious and evil organization emerges with the goal of conquering Gransys by dominating all Pokémon in the region. Their ambitions threaten both humans and Pokémon alike.
At the same time, your personal journey begins in tragedy. While resting in a nearby forest, your village is completely destroyed. You awaken to find that only you and a Pokémon egg—given to you by your father earlier that morning—have survived. With no home, no clear direction, and countless doubts about the future, you begin wandering through Gransys. The path you take, the decisions you make, and the bonds you form will determine how your story unfolds.
