About This ROM Hack
Pokémon DPS Ultimate is a school-themed Pokémon ROM hack based on Pokémon Sapphire. Instead of beginning your adventure as a traditional Pokémon Trainer, you play as a student attending a Pokémon primary school, where academic progress replaces Gym Badges as the main form of advancement.
The game blends exploration, battles, sidequests, and secret locations with a humorous and unconventional setting inspired by a real-life school environment. While the school is the core focus, players can eventually explore Hoenn, the Safari Zone, the Battle Tower, and legendary locations through hidden access points.
Story Overview
You are a student enrolling in the Primary Poké-School, where you must explore the campus, challenge fellow students, teachers, and staff, and earn good marks. These marks are essential to qualify for the final exam, which serves as a major progression milestone.
As your journey continues, secrets hidden within and beyond the school unlock access to new regions, rare Pokémon, legendary encounters, and post-game content across Hoenn.
