This patch reverts most of the alterations or changes made in the international version of Crystal making it closer to its Japanese counterpart.

Title screen palette and GFX from the localization builds restored
All the Japanese GFX from crystal backported
Restored trainer card names
Olivine Lighthouse now has its full name on the map (It was shortened due to a text limit glitch)
“Miracle Cycle” references restored
PokéCom Center Fully restored to match the localization builds and the Japanese version
Restored the unused PokéCom Center reference in Celadon City
GS Ball event fully restored (Obtainable in the same way as the VC version)
Debug mode from the localization builds added as an optional patch
Pokémon/Trainer sprite viewer ported to the debug patch
